1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or specially made-to-order products are not eligible for return. Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents are not covered under the return policy.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return: Contact our customer care team with your order details and reason for return. Provide photos or videos as proof of the issue (in case of damage/defect). Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship it back, depending on location.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

If the product has a genuine defect, you may opt for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
